Why hire SoleOrganizer?
An organizing project typically involves a de-cluttering process. This can be challenging for clients because of the uncertainity where to begin and the feeling of "letting go." During this process, SoleOrganizer, will explain to the client the benefit of letting go of unwanted items that no longer serve a purpose.
Should you participate in the organizing process?
The client will have to be present in the home during the process but the client does not need to participate. However, if the process requires purging items and documents then it would be most helpful for the client to inform SoleOrganizer what is of importance. SoleOrganizer is not to be held responsible for misplaced, lost or damaged items during the purging and organizing process but will be mindful of items are handles.
Fees & Payment?
Each client will be provided with a contract (required), assessment and invoice outlining the potential services. There is a $25 non-refundable, consultation fee that will be applied to the final bill. SoleOrganizer charges by the hour. The client is responsible for paying for half of the service upfront to secure their appointment and the remaining balance is paid after the completion of the project. SoleOrganizer accepts the following tender: Visa, Mastercard, Cash and Square. All clients will be issued a receipt. SoleOrganizer has the right to waive fees at their discretion. How do I book an appointment?
