Investing in your organizing journey can appear to be intimidating and overwhelming - but it doesn’t have to be with me by your side. So, to help you ease your way into this journey, I’ve compiled a few answers to some questions that you may be thinking about.

do I have to sign a contract/agreement?

Yes. All clients will be given a contract which will be signed by myself and the client. After signing, then a $250 deposit is due to secure the first appointment.

How long will the project last?

Each project is different due to size, budget, and timeline. Therefore, a number of organizing sessions will be stated and confirmed beforehand. If more time is needed after the completion of the organizing sessions then an hourly rate of $50 will take place.

do you offer payment plans?

Yes! Depending on the price amount of the service, payment plans can occur in 2, 3, or 4 installments. However, the last payment must be received before the completion of the project.

Do I have to be home during the sessions?

Yes. All clients are required to be home during the project. There will be moments where you and I may not be in the same especially when I’m physically organizing.

How do I maintain my space after you leave?

Once you become a client, you can choose to enroll into one of the maintenance packages where I will come back to your home to tidy-up and make small adjustments to the space.

what areas do you organize?

Our services primarily cover the kitchen, laundry room, closet, home office. However, we do organize other spaces but a virtual consultation must be completed to ensure we can take on the project.

Do you work alone or with others?

Each client project size is different so that determines if the project will solely be completed by myself or with the assistance of others. If additional organizers are needed for the project that will be factored into the cost and will be communicated in advance.

Do I have to buy organizing products?

Each project is different due to budget and size which impacts if organizing products are desired. However, for a space to be organized, organizing products are not mandatory but product recommendations are provided if requested.

I’ve researched other organizers and their process. How do you differ?

There’s only one SoleOrganizer. I also like to take my time and work alongside the client and guide them throughout the process. And believe it or not - a friendship is formed between my clients and I just because we work so close together.

How long are organizing sessions?

Due to the physical labor of associated with organization, organizing sessions can range between 3 to 4 hours. 

Do I have to participate in the organizing process?

Yes. During the decluttering process, clients are required to determine which items will be kept and which items will be let go. My job is to guide you through that process but I don’t make the final decision as to where those items end up going.
