You Don’t Have to Push Through Alone.

Created by a Neurodivergent Black Woman for Black Neurodivergent Women

As Black women with ADHD, we’re often expected to be everything to everyone — even when we’re frozen in overwhelm. I created this space to honor your pace, your brain, your feelings, and your humanity.

The Overwhelm is Real. You’re Not Lazy. You’re Not Broken.

Growing up, I was the “gifted” kid — the one who thrived in structured environments, turned in work on time, and graduated with honors. But behind the achievements, I often sought solitude. I recharged alone, quietly managing the internal chaos no one could see.

Fast forward to 2023: at 38, I was diagnosed with ADHD. By then, I was battling extreme overwhelm, sensory overload, and the emotional toll of years spent masking. Sure, this photo might make it seem like I’ve got it all together — and sometimes I do. But often, I don’t.

ADHD doesn’t always look like what people expect. For me, it shows up as creative chaos, a deep need for quiet, and a constant push to build systems that help me reset. I’m still learning to work with my brain, not against it — and to unlearn the idea that neurotypical strategies are the only “right” way.

The real challenge? Figuring out how to get things done while dealing with executive dysfunction, mental fog, and freeze states. My solution has been building structure and organization tailored to my brain — not anyone else’s. And that’s what I want for you, too.

We deserve to move through life without feeling constantly overwhelmed, especially when things still need to get done.

If any of this resonates, know this: you're not alone. Your story is valid. And my hope is that by sharing mine, you’ll feel a little more seen — and a little more empowered to navigate your own neurodivergence with self-trust, creativity, and a system that works for you.

support that centers your experience

As Black women, especially when we’ve been conditioned to be hyper independent, asking for help can feel foreign, uncomfortable, even like weakness. But here’s the truth: asking for help isn’t a sign of failure — it’s one of the most liberating and powerful things you can do for yourself.

I thought about the kind of support I would want — especially as someone living with ADHD.
For me, ADHD shows up as procrastination, executive dysfunction, idea overload, and getting stuck in a freeze state before I even start. It’s organized chaos — with more chaos than organization some days.

So I created the kind of services I needed: practical, simple, accountability-based, and “do it with you” or “do it for you” support that helps ease both the mental and physical load.
